SKILLED LABOURER (Back up list)
Position status: Back up pool
Location: Ad Dahi Hospital – Ad Dahi District,
Hodeida Governorate
Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is
an international, humanitarian, non-governmental organization providing
assistance to people in need as a result of natural and man-made disasters,
irrespective of race, religion, ideology or politics.
Main Purpose
Carrying out specific technical and logistics works
regarding his/her qualifications, according to MSF procedures and his/her
superior's instructions, in order to contribute to the construction, smooth
functioning, cleanliness and repairs within MSF premises
Accountabilities
- Performing
work in the areas of his/her qualifications according to his/her line
manager's instructions. This can include the following jobs and functions:
- Storekeeper
Assistant : Carrying out tasks of checking, recording, storing goods and
preparing goods according to the storekeeper's instructions
- Mechanic
Assistant : Assisting mechanics in performing all necessary servicing,
repair and maintenance works of MSF vehicle fleet and motorised engines
- Driver
Assistant : Assisting the driver in performing his duties
- Maintenance
Agent: Performing repairs, maintenance and construction works, according
to the supervisor's instructions
- Hygiene
Agent : Carrying out cleaning activities in the mission
- Taking
all necessary safety measures for each work done and ensuring the same for
all his/her assistants.
- Ensuring
cleanliness of common working areas.
- Ensuring
proper use, storage and maintenance of the equipment and tools provided.
- Informing
superiors of any incident that may occur in the course of his/her work
- Performing
tasks delegated to him/her as specified below
MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities
- Installation
& Modifications: Doing the Installation of equipment if it is ordered
by: Energy, Biomed Fleet and WASH manager who provides detailed
instruction and guidelines, doing the modification/rehabilitation work
according to the technical specification provided by: Energy, Fleet,
Biomed and WASH managers.
- Preventive
Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on air conditioning
systems (indoor/outdoor units), including:
- Cleaning
air filters
- Checking
and cleaning condenser coils
- Inspecting
refrigerant levels
- Inspecting
electrical components
- Testing
system performance
- Troubleshooting
& Repairs: Perform corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems,
including:
- Diagnosing
and repairing faults
- Addressing
electrical/electronic issues in units
- Replacing
faulty components (e.g., compressors, condensers, coils)
- Repairing
gas leaks and refilling refrigerants
- Assist
in the maintenance and repairs of cold chain equipment such as
refrigerators and freezers.
- Assist
the logistics department as directed and provide feedback on maintenance
activities and challenges.
- Perform
preventive and corrective maintenance of all MSF generators according to
the maintenance schedule.
- Conduct
and record daily and weekly generator inspections, servicing, and
operational checks.
- Manage
generator spare parts, tools, and maintenance documentation to ensure
accurate inventory and records.
- Report
technical issues promptly, propose repair plans, and coordinate with
relevant technical staff.
- Support
generator operations, including daily start-up/shut-down, staff training,
and general logistics activities as required.

الهدف الرئيسي
القيام بالأعمال الفنية واللوجستية المحددة وفقاً لمؤهلاته/مؤهلاتها،
ووفقاً لإجراءات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وتعليمات المشرف المباشر، بما يساهم في
أعمال البناء والتشغيل السلس والنظافة وأعمال الإصلاح داخل مرافق المنظمة.
المسؤوليات
- تنفيذ الأعمال ضمن مجال مؤهلاته ووفقاً
لتعليمات المشرف المباشر. وقد تشمل الوظائف والمهام التالية:
- مساعد أمين مخزن: تنفيذ مهام فحص وتسجيل
وتخزين البضائع وتجهيزها وفقاً لتعليمات أمين المخزن.
- مساعد ميكانيكي: مساعدة الميكانيكيين في
جميع أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح والخدمات اللازمة لأسطول مركبات المنظمة
والمحركات.
- مساعد سائق: مساعدة السائق في أداء مهامه.
- عامل صيانة: تنفيذ أعمال الإصلاح والصيانة
والإنشاء وفقاً لتعليمات المشرف.
- عامل نظافة وصحة بيئية : تنفيذ أنشطة
التنظيف في المشروع.
- اتخاذ جميع تدابير السلامة اللازمة أثناء
تنفيذ الأعمال وضمان التزام المساعدين بها.
- الحفاظ على نظافة أماكن العمل المشتركة.
- ضمان الاستخدام والتخزين والصيانة السليمة
للمعدات والأدوات المتوفرة.
- إبلاغ المسؤولين عن أي حادث أو مشكلة قد
تحدث أثناء العمل.
- تنفيذ المهام المفوضة إليه/إليها حسب ما هو
موضح أدناه.

وفق التعليمات الفنية والإرشادات المقدمة.
- تنفيذ أعمال التعديل أو إعادة التأهيل وفق
المواصفات الفنية الصادرة عن مسؤولي الطاقة والأسطول والمعدات الطبية الحيوية
والمياه والإصحاح البيئي.
- الصيانة الوقائية (Preventive
Maintenance)
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية الدورية
لأنظمة التكييف (الوحدات الداخلية والخارجية)، بما يشمل:
- تنظيف فلاتر
الهواء.
- فحص وتنظيف
ملفات المكثف.
- التحقق من
مستوى غاز التبريد.
- فحص المكونات
الكهربائية.
- اختبار أداء
النظام.
- تشخيص الأعطال
والإصلاحات (Troubleshooting & Repairs)
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية لأنظمة
التكييف، بما في ذلك:
- تشخيص الأعطال
وإصلاحها.
- معالجة
المشكلات الكهربائية والإلكترونية في الوحدات.
- استبدال القطع
التالفة مثل الضواغط والمكثفات والملفات.
- إصلاح تسربات
الغاز وإعادة تعبئة غاز التبريد.
- المساعدة في صيانة وإصلاح معدات سلسلة
التبريد مثل الثلاجات والمجمدات.
- دعم قسم اللوجستيات حسب التوجيهات وتقديم
التغذية الراجعة حول أنشطة الصيانة والتحديات.
- تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لجميع
مولدات المنظمة وفقاً لجدول الصيانة.
- إجراء وتوثيق الفحوصات اليومية، والأسبوعية
للمولدات، وأعمال الخدمة والتشغيل.
- إدارة قطع الغيار والأدوات وسجلات الصيانة
الخاصة بالمولدات لضمان دقة المخزون والسجلات.
- الإبلاغ السريع عن المشكلات الفنية واقتراح
خطط الإصلاح والتنسيق مع الموظفين الفنيين المعنيين.
- دعم تشغيل المولدات، بما في ذلك التشغيل
والإيقاف اليومي، وتدريب الموظفين، والمشاركة في الأنشطة اللوجستية العامة
حسب الحاجة.
