Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please contact supply chain department at the following address Murtadha.alhamidi@savethechildren.org to express your interest and request the tender documents. Tender documents will be sent to you by return by 2 working days.

Please adhere to the following:

·       The valid commercial registration card issued from the Internationally Recognized Government must be attached

·       The reference number of the bid must be written in the email subject

If an untitled email is received, the documents will not be shared.

The company must be introduced in the expression of interest e-mail and the valid commercial registration issued from IRG authorities should be attached. In case the commercial registration is not attached, the tender documents will not be shared.

It is recommended to request / collect the tender documents as soon as possible. Completed tender documents (bids) are due to be submitted by 26/8/2026 2:00 PM Taiz time.

الرجاء الالتزام بالتالي ليتم إرسال وثائق المناقصة

·       يجب إرفاق السجل التجاري الصادر من مناطق الحكومة المعترف بها دولياً.

·       يجب أن يكتب رقم مرجع العطاء في عنوان الإيميل

·       في حال استلام إيميل غير معنون لن يتم إرسال الوثائق.

·       يجب التعريف بالشركة في إيميل طلب الوثائق وإرفاق السجل التجاري ساري المدة صادر من مناطق الحكومة المعترف بها دولياً. في حال لم يتم إرفاق السجل التجاري لن يتم إرسال وثائق المناقصة.

·       من المستحسن طلب / جمع وثائق العطاء في أقرب وقت ممكن. ويجب تقديم وثائق المناقصة المكتملة (العرض) بحلول 26 أغسطس 2026 الساعة الثانية ظهراً بتوقيت تعز.
