FWA-YEM-HO-025: Prequalification of Contractors for Construction/Rehabilitation Works & Water Scheme Projects in Aden & Taiz

In Yemen, Save the Children International invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit applications for prequalification for construction, rehabilitation works, and water scheme (WASH) projects in Aden and Taiz.

This prequalification process aims to identify and shortlist competent contractors for the implementation of construction and WASH-related projects. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

·       Construction of new infrastructure (e.g., schools, health facilities, storage units, and community structures)

·       Rehabilitation and maintenance of existing buildings and facilities

·       Implementation of water supply systems (including boreholes, wells, pipelines, storage tanks, and solar-powered systems)

·       Construction of sanitation and hygiene facilities (such as latrines, septic systems, drainage, and handwashing stations)

·       Execution of associated civil, mechanical, and minor electrical works required for full project delivery

The objective is to establish a pool of technically capable, reliable, and compliant contractors who may be invited to participate in future tendering processes as needs arise.

Detailed requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission instructions are provided in the tender documents attached to this announcement. Interested applicants are required to carefully review and follow the instructions outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document.

في اليمن، تدعو منظمة إنقاذ الطفل الدولية المقاولين المؤهلين وذوي الخبرة لتقديم طلبات التأهيل المسبق لأعمال الإنشاءات، وإعادة التأهيل، ومشاريع شبكات المياه والإصحاح البيئي (WASH) في محافظتي عدن وتعز.

تهدف عملية التأهيل المسبق هذه إلى تحديد واختيار المقاولين المؤهلين لتنفيذ مشاريع الإنشاءات ومشاريع المياه والإصحاح البيئي. ويشمل نطاق العمل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، ما يلي:

·       إنشاء بنية تحتية جديدة (مثل المدارس، والمرافق الصحية، ووحدات التخزين، والمنشآت المجتمعية)

·       إعادة تأهيل وصيانة المباني والمرافق القائمة

·       تنفيذ أنظمة إمدادات المياه (بما في ذلك الآبار الارتوازية، والآبار، وخطوط الأنابيب، وخزانات المياه، والأنظمة العاملة بالطاقة الشمسية)

·       إنشاء مرافق الصرف الصحي والنظافة (مثل دورات المياه، وأنظمة التحليل، وشبكات التصريف، ومحطات غسل اليدين)

·       تنفيذ الأعمال المدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية البسيطة اللازمة لإتمام المشروع بالكامل

والهدف من ذلك هو إنشاء قائمة من المقاولين المؤهلين تقنيًا والموثوقين والمتوافقين مع المتطلبات، والذين يمكن دعوتهم للمشاركة في عمليات المناقصات المستقبلية حسب الحاجة.

عملية التقديم:

يتم توفير المتطلبات التفصيلية ومعايير الأهلية وتعليمات التقديم في وثائق العطاء المرفقة بهذا الإعلان. ويُطلب من المتقدمين المهتمين مراجعة وثيقة دعوة تقديم العطاء (ITT) واتباع التعليمات بدقة.
